Our floral arrangements capture the ambiance of your event for a one of a kind experience!
Wedding Bouquet
CONSULTATION
The first step is to fill out our floral questionnaire upon request. This will set the stage for your in-person or phone consultation. During this time we will listen to your ideas & vision for your special day and share our advice and creative input. This begins the planning stages for a truly memorable event.
FLORAL PROPOSAL
Next we will analyze the information. We will keep in mind your budget, cost of specific requested flowers, quantity of flowers needed and floral labor to design.
We currently offer three customizable Wedding Packages. Depending on your vision for your Special Day.
We offer a Personal Pickup Only Package & Full Wedding Set up Packages.
Please reach out for further details on each of these wonderful floral options.
A floral proposal will then be created and presented. The amount required to hold the date is 50 percent of the total invoice. Remainder is due 4 weeks prior to event.
Wedding Centerpiece
FINALIZED FLOWERS
Once the estimate is approved, the floral order will be placed. If the flowers are forever florals, a sample piece will be created and presented. Then, design work will begin immediately. Forever floral arrangements will often be completed in advance of the event. If the flowers are fresh, the flowers will be delivered/or picked up, (depending on package requested) the day of the wedding just before the event to maximize optimal floral freshness.
EVENT SETUP & RECOVERY
We do delivery, setup and recovery after an event. It is always available and is based on mileage and labor.

Hi I'm Amy! Being artistic with floral has fueled my passion in life. I'm excited to be able to wake up each day doing something that I love. I especially enjoy working with tropical flowers and have developed a niche in this specialty. Our logo the bird of paradise represents paradise and freedom, which is our mantra, to be free doing what you love, creating your own paradise.
Afloral Concept was created to
offer a fresh and modern take on floral design.
Our concept is innovative and exciting.
Less is more - a technique we employ with many of our arrangements.
The idea that each type of flower is unique. We have a special love for the Tropical Flowers, and enjoy working with those exotics. Whatever your style is, from garden flowers to tropical, we can create arrangements and Bridal Bouquets to reflect your unique personality. Afloral Concept is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and we work all over the state and beyond.
