End of the Season Evergreens fill the Air

I feel this season was a whirlwind of weddings, which is a good thing, but it left no time for me to write, so now is as good a time as ever to sum up the season! Wedding season this year was quite busy, and I am thankful for all the 2021 couples that I had the opportunity to work with to create their floral vision. Some of the trends in floral that I witnessed in 2021, were softer romantic shades, flowing ribbons, delicate blooms, dried flowers, earthy neutrals with pops of color. Sustainability was of importance, which I as a florist try to do my part as well from sourcing locally to recycling hardgoods, and materials. In contrast to the blush, earth neutral color palette, I also witnessed this year, color palettes full of vibrant colors. This makes sense with the covid-related lockdowns, couples would want mood boosting array of color to surround them on their special day. As we turn the corner this season into a new year, I look forward
