Have your cake and eat it too!

Today is my Birthday! So I thought I would write about all the beautiful cakes in the world or try anyways. I have come across so many in this line of work, and it is interesting to me how each cake reflects a unique personality just like the wedding couples partaking in it. I especially love decorating a plain wedding cake with flowers and giving it personality. How many varieties of cakes are there in the world, too many to list! but I did come up with some of the best flavors of 2019. Pink Champagne, go all out with a raspberry mousse and a rich and light buttercream. Lovely Lemon, this citrus cake is perfect and refreshing for those summer brides, top it with berries from the garden or citrus slices and it is a match made in heaven. Hazel nut almond a much heavier and rich take on cake with a slice of hazel nut topped with ganache and chocolate. My favorite is tropical guava, an exotic taste of pink cake topped with fluffy buttercream frosting. Chocolate and vanilla swirl, can't decide why not do both! This one is complete with mocha mousse. Key lime is delicious in pie, and oh so perfect for those looking for a citrus bite in cake form, topped with limes completes the look.
